Our collaborative partnership is built on a foundation of precision and shared milestones:
– May 2025: ICP Group ApS, West Hill Corporate Finance, and DanMagi agreed on the funding terms.
– November 2025: Launched the official working process with DanMagi management for the funding phase.
– December 2025: West Hill Corporate Finance officially kicked off the funding round.
– January 2026: First Closing Round.
